Flemingo Privilege Loyalty Program

Welcome to Flemingo Privilege Loyalty Program

As a privilege customer, we urge you to read the below terms and conditions carefully. In case of any queries please write to customer care or call the numbers specified below. Use of the Loyalty Program signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • Membership is allowed to individuals, who are above 18 years of age at the time of joining.
  • Only one account per customer is permitted. If a customer is found to have more than one account registered in his/her name then Flemingo has the right to close the accounts immediately.
  • Please allow up to 24hours for the points to reflect in the loyalty member’s account
  • Although a customer can redeem points immediately after accrual, we recommend that the customer waits for 24 hours before attempting redemption as the system integration might take time
  • If a customer is not active for a period of one year or more, the loyalty tier of such customer shall get downgraded to the previous level/tier, however, the points available to such customer shall remain the same.
  • All unredeemed points will expire after two years from the date of issuance of such points or transaction.
  • The passport number attached to the loyalty account should match the passport with which the customer is travelling. If the customer has obtained a new passport, the same has to be updated in the account. For doing so the customer can ask the cashier for details or write to the customer care email id (customer.privilege@flemingo-intl.com) with a scanned copy of the new passport (front and back).
  • Flemingo Duty Free reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant
  • Any misuse/ fraudulent use of the account may result in termination of membership and withdrawal of all benefits.
  • Membership benefits are not transferrable and can only be availed by the individual member registered in the Flemingo Privilege loyalty program.
  • Flemingo reserves the right to terminate the account in case of inaccurate information provided by the individual
  • Flemingo reserves the right to change the tiers and the accrual and redemption structure without any prior notice. Customer will be informed of changes in point’s structure Use of the Loyalty Program after such notice will be considered as customer's agreement to any such changes.
  • By registering to the Flemingo Privilege loyalty program, the Customer agrees to storage, analysis and use of personal data of the Customer by Flemingo as per the Flemingo’s company policy.
  • In the case of invoice cancellation, point accrued on that transaction will also be reversed.
  • In the case of refund due to any unforeseen issue, loyalty points accrued on that transaction will be deducted from that account
  • In the case of replacement of a defective product, it will not be considered as a loyalty transaction
  • All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
  • Flemingo reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or restructure the loyalty program without any prior notice and shall not be liable for any losses, injury or damages due to such termination, withdrawal or restricting.
  • A customer/member by registering to the “Flemingo Privilege loyalty program” agrees and accepts all the terms and conditions stated herein.
  • A customer/member shall have no right to amend, modify or interpret the terms and conditions stated herein.
  • The decision made by Flemingo in the event of any dispute should be binding and valid.

Accrual/award of points

1) Red tier member

  • A customer starts accruing points after he/she is registered as a loyalty member
  • Every INR 100 loyalty customer spends on non-promotional items is equivalent to 1 point
  • Every INR 100 a loyalty customer spends on promotional items in equivalent to 1 point
  • Every100 points is equivalent to 100 INR in real value
  • The loyalty points would be awarded on the final purchase paid by the customer

2) Silver tier member

  • Every INR 100 a loyalty customer spends on non-promotional items is equivalent to 1.15 points.
  • Every INR 100 a loyalty customer spends on promotional items in equivalent to 1.15point.
  • Every100 points is equivalent to INR 100 in real value
  • The loyalty points would be awarded on the final purchase paid by the customer

3) Platinum tier member

  • Every INR 100 a loyalty customer spends on non-promotional items is equivalent to 1.25 points.
  • Every INR 100 a loyalty customer spends on promotional items is equivalent to 1.25point.
  • Every 100 points is equivalent to INR 100 in real value
  • The loyalty points would be awarded on the final purchase paid by the customer

4) Redemption

  • A loyalty customer can redeem their points once they accumulate 200 points
  • Customer should also present their valid passport to avail redemption
  • Although customers can redeem points against all products, there might be exceptions such as heavily discounted products. Please check with the cashier at the time of redemption.

Expiration of points

  • Points will expire after two years of accrual of the same. For example, if a customer accrued100 points on the13.01.2015, the same would expire on 12.01.2017.Though the point expires, a customer continues to earn points at the current level unless downgraded due to non-transaction for more than a year

Non active members

  • If a customer is not active for 1 year the tier of his/her membership will be downgraded to the previous level/tier. The customer will start earning points at the current level and will be upgraded again after he/she meets all the necessary criteria for upgrading to the next level. All the points will remain in the membership and the customer can redeem the same as per normal redemption conditions
  • It is our endeavor to ensure that our customers get their due. However, Flemingo privilege is not responsible for any misuse

Indemnity

  • The Customer hereby agree a to indemnify, defend and hold Flemingo, and all its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, and its licensors (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by Customer of the terms enumerated herein of the Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants, including, without limitation, attorney's fees and osts.

Limitation of Flemingo's liability and damages

  • In no event shall Flemingo be liable for any loss arising out from lost or stolen loyalty program cards, nor for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages arising out of the use of the loyalty program or the website. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost points, business interruption, damage to equipment, computer systems or programs, or any information system, or the loss of any information or data. The maximum liability collectively of Flemingo shall not exceed
  • No warranty. The loyalty program, including all content, functions, materials and information made available to customer or accessed by customer through e mail communication and website,is provided on a “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Flemingo makes no representation or warranties of any kind whatsoever for the content of the loyalty program, the materials, information and functions made accessible to the customer through e mail communication and website, or for the products and/or services awarded or redeemed through the program. Further, Flemingo disclaims any express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Flemingo assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages by use of the loyalty program or the website. Flemingo or its subsidiaries and affiliates shall not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for the use of the loyalty program, including, without limitation, the website and any errors contained there in. Flemingo shall not be liable for any failure of the loyalty program, including the website, which results from acts or events beyond the company's reasonable control.
